Why You Would Take This Course

If you are a leader and your team (and possibly you) are stagnate, dysfunctional, and have more excuses than results then this course was designed with you in mind.

What if I were to let you in on a little secret: accountability is the most potent tool at your disposal to turn around dysfunctional teams, build cohesive environments, and motivate your employees.

Accountability has been turned into a dirty word. But what is accountability? Hint: it’s not shame and blame.

During this course, we will answer many of your questions about accountability and provide you with a format to create and sustain an accountability culture.

Accountability is the process of helping people succeed.

✅ But what does accountability look like?

✅ How can we practice positive, preemptive accountability?

✅ What happens if we neglect accountability?

✅ What does it take to create an accountability-based culture?

✅How important is it for leaders to be accountable as they hold others accountable?

This course will answer these questions and provide proven, practical, and actionable steps to create an accountability culture with the team you currently have.

This course investigates both the role of character and personal responsibility in leadership and the leader’s ability to cultivate personal responsibility in others.
