We like to think of workplace culture as the air of your organization, because no one notices it until it stinks! Culture is invisible, and intangible while at the same time critical to the functioning of your organization.

Workplace culture is the unseen operating system driving thousands of individual decisions and impacting millions of employees during and after work hours. What happens at work doesn’t stay at work, it affects all aspects of employees’ lives.

He regularly speaks and writes on leadership development, team alignment, and peak performance. David has over 15 years of executive coaching experience and a doctorate in strategic leadership. Very good points on how you can impact organizational culture no matter what level you are in the organization. Great take-away : YOU can create a sub-culture within your team. There is no reason for you to not add to good culture. People shape the culture.

Really enjoyed the 5 R’s portion, as well as the differentiation between top down and bottom up cultures.
